Information and Email overload are new terms coined in the last couple of years and are a direct result of the ease of communications in the internet age. The majority of the population have access to mobile phones and email programs. Many readers have suffered the ill-effects of information overload. Since email is such a simple, no nonsense communication tool, no one, hardly ever, is taught how to use email (properly!), and so we all end up contributing to this overload in one way or another. In this blog Amir Sachs will cover simple, cost effective solutions to email overload. If you use a specific technique or system let me know about it, so I can “spread the word”.
I started this blog because I get over 200 emails a day, and there was no way for me to manage them effectively. Like many others, I used to work until the early hours of the morning to reply to emails, read newsletter, and keep updated with technology. The bottom line effects on my productivity were terrifying. I had no time for my family, my business suffered, clients, supplier and friends complained that I didn’t respond in time to communication. That’s all in the past now. Ever since I helped in the creation of MoveIT, my work life has changed dramatically. Read my first post to see the amazing effects this program has had on my life, and the life of all who use it.

Hi
I have just come across your blog and also your product for Outlook. MoveIT seems a really neat tool to help you file your emails away, keeping your Inbox down to manageable levels.
Pleased to see a colleague thinking and proposing solutions in this space,
Cheers
Stephen
